Last Sunday, I went to Jenni's Church, Canyon Hill, in Everett. We went to the pre-school kids service and then she took me to the morning service. They were celebrating mother's day and it was awesome. All the children that I met before in pre-school, they all came up to the front and sang a song. It was a touching moment for me. I though I wouldn't get anything from this sermon since I was not a mom yet!! But, God is good all the time, brotherssss!! He told me, through the songs we sang that God loves me so much and He always have!! It's unbelievable but it's faith that God has planted inside my heart that helps me to keep on trusting Him as my God. I know He is there...He's there to catch me whenever I'm about to fall.

So yeah, the sermon was also good. It was about the wife in God. How good is a wife supposed to be according to the Bible. The passage was in Proverbs 31:10-end. If you're still at my age, 17-19 and you feel weird reading all these stuffs, don't!! I felt that way too but then my friends reminded me that it's good to know all these things in advance so that you have the time to be good wife coz' it's gonna be a long time to be a good wife for your husband.

So, the criteria so far:

• A good wife is a wife first then a mother. It means, our first job is to serve our husband!! We're created to be a helper for our husband. ^^
• Family and home are first in her list of priority, more than her career. She enjoys the household works! *it's really really not me...sigh*
• She creatively contributes to the financial needs. It means she helps in contributing to the family income, with whatever she has. Be creative girls!! *I'm not that creative though...*
• She is compassionate to the needy. She is a giver. She helps people around her so much. So, don't hesitate to help is there's someone who needs ur help. Be there for them immediately...
• She has inner and outer beauty. A good wife fears the Lord. If she is good in inner heart then her beauty in the outer will surely shine brightly!! That's what I thought also, but still couldn't figure out how...
• She is fun. She can laugh at the days to come. I think this is important so the whole family will always cheer up...gals, it's ur job to cheer up the dull day!
• She receives rewards and praise deservingly. Of course you will get your rewards and price after you did your job so well. But, don't do the jobs based on wanting to be praised or rewarded. Do it based on your love for God and family...^^
